CADFEM will be showcasing itself in an unique way at Hannover Messe this year. “The House of Simulation” illustrates clearly that many products from our everyday lives only became what they are – top-quality useful innovations – through simulations.

The House of Simulation (Hall 6, stand K52) is well worth a visit for all those who would like to find out first-hand about modern simulation technologies for product development .
Inside the House of Simulation, visitors to the trade show will find out at various exhibits why simulation was used during the product development process and what insights the calculations have provided for either the product design or for streamlining the production process. They will also learn about the benefits that are achieved through Simulation.

Hands-on exhibits

The House of Simulation is home to an extremely wide range of exhibits from CADFEM customers, where interested visitors to the trade show can find out about the relevant simulation story on interactive displays and glean more details from the CADFEM simulation specialists on site.

The companies taking part with exhibits at the trade show stand include Biffar (front door), BSH Hausgeräte (oven), Deckerform (chairs), Hansgrohe (shower head, thermostat), Head (tennis racket), HEWI (shower seat, hand rail), KTM Technologies (motorbike), Miele (tumble dryer) and Vorwerk (thermal mixer).

We look forward to being able to welcome you to our House of Simulation in person!

More than just hot air

Simulation enables guaranteed, even heating of the oven for the best cooking results possible and no undesirable deformations (thermal bulging).

See for yourself how BSH uses simulation to turn innovations into a reality.

Please take a seat

Simulation technology is used in many ways in the bathroom too. The design and optimization of a HEWI shower seat, as an example, is explained with ANSYS software in the House of Simulation.

See for yourself how stability and support have been combined with design.

Find out about the HEWI shower seats in advance and read the article from our latest CADFEM Journal (in German).

Feel good with water

To guarantee a high level of product quality, factory standards that far exceed international requirements can be achieved with simulation technology.

Find out about the Hansgrohe Rainmaker Select and its technical sophisticated features in the House of Simulation.

Find out more about the Hansgrohe showers and their simulation-based development process from our CADFEM Journal (1/2014 issue, in German).

Safe and warm

Doors must feature exclusive design and functionality, and requirements in this regard are constantly on the rise at present. These requirements – such as low weight, simple installation, a high level of thermal insulation and break-in resistance – are sometimes conflicting.

Find out more about simulation in Biffar front doors at the CADFEM stand.

CADFEM in the Digital Factory

Hannover Messe is the annual meeting place for both the German and the European industry. Industrial software solutions, particularly for production and product development, as well as the integration of the same into corporate processes, form the focal point of the Digital Factory, the leading trade show in Halls 6 and 7.
